I am currently a second-year Ph.D. student affiliated with Hassan II University of Casablanca and Pasteur institute of Morocco. My research work focuses on exploration of humoral and cellular immunity in patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 and in health care workers vaccinated against COVID-19.we developed S-RBD-and N-based ELISA assays useful for infection rate surveillance as well as the follow-up of acquired protective immunity against SARS-CoV-2. The follow up of health workers vaccinated with the third dose to evaluate the longevity of immune memory (TCD4+ & T CD8+) after vaccination. In parallel, we published a papers entitled:Kinetics of specific anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgM, IgA, and IgG responses during the first 12 months after SARS-CoV-2 infection: A prospective longitudinal study.PLoS ONE, 2023.
Mix-and-match COVID-19 vaccines trigger high antibody response after the third dose vaccine in Moroccan health care workers.Vaccine:X, 2023.
