Matthew Stelzer, Director of MMI Business Services, has oversight of the Munroe-Meyer Institute’s operations and administrative services. These include human resources, staff personnel support, facilities, contracts, infrastructure and capital project management, fiscal and business management. He oversees a $42 million budget consisting of multiple revenue sources including state appropriation, clinical service reimbursement, federal grants and contracts, state and local grants and contracts, and philanthropic funds.

In Matthew’s free time, he enjoys racing sprint cars at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa.
