Mohamed Hakim, DBA, MBA started his professional career as Patient Services Manager at GC Services between 1994 and 1996. He was hired as Director of Patient Financial Services at San Clemente Hospital between 1996 and 1998 and Controller at Bayview Behavioral Campus between 1998 and 2000. He was appointed as Administrator and Chief Financial Officer at Synergy Clinical Research Center between 2000 and2011.
Dr. Hakim founded a network of independent high-performing clinics and research centers across the county starting with TriWest Research Associate in 2009, Precision Research Institute in 2011, Cabrillo Infusion Center in 2013, BioSolutions Clinical Research Center in 2014, ABT Medical Supply in 2017, and Blue Coast Research Center since 2020.

Dr. Hakim holds his PhD and masterʼs degree in business administration. He also earned Graduate Certificates in several advanced courses including Certified Medical Compliance Officer (CMCO) from San Diego County, Certificate in Clinical Trial Administration from University California San Diego, Certificate in Site Operations and SOPs from University of Rochester School of Medicine and How to Manage Site Financials Certificate from Clinical Research Site Training Institute.
