Dr. Mohammad ADNAOUI is a renowned medical professional who has made remarkable contributions to the field of medicine. He currently serves as the President of the Moroccan Society of Internal Medicine and the President of the Conference of Francophone Deans and Faculties of Medicine of French Expression (CIDMEF) 2021-2024. He was appointed President of the Mohammed VI University of Sciences and Health in October 2022, further adding to his impressive list of accomplishments.

Mr. ADNAOUI began his academic journey with primary and secondary studies in Casablanca. He then pursued higher education at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy Rabat from 1973 to 1978. After completing his studies, he became an intern at the Ibn Zohr hospital in Marrakech in 1979. From 1980 to 1982, he worked as an intern at CHU Rabat Salé. In 1984, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine, and in 1988 and 1989, he served as a Resident and Head of Clinic at the Hospices Civils de Lyon. During this time, he was also an Assistant with Foreign Title of the Faculty of Medicine of the University Claude Bernard. In December 1989, he was appointed as a Professor in Internal Medicine.

Mr. ADNAOUI has been actively involved in various academic and professional experiences and responsibilities. He served as the Coordinator for the North Excellence center in the care of HIV/AIDS infection and authored the Directory of Doctors of Morocco: MAROMEDIC 2000. He has also been a critical reader (Reviewer) for national and international medical journals. As the Coordinator of internal medicine guidelines for the AMO, he has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies and programs for improving healthcare in Morocco. He is also a member of the ATU Commission for anti-Covid 19 vaccines.

In 2000, at the request of USAID, Mr. ADNAOUI studied training programs for general practitioners in Family Medicine in the USA, Canada, and Bolivia. He also served as an expert and member of the Commission of the Office Of AIDS Research of the NIH (USA) for the MENA region for Hepatitis in 2006. From June 2013 to March 08, 2022, he served as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy Rabat, where he made significant contributions to the advancement of medical education.
