Dr. Zeljka Korade, DVM, PhD is a Professor of Pediatrics at the College of Medicine at University of Nebraska Medical Center. She obtained her DVM degree at University of Zagreb in Croatia, and her PhD at University of Pittsburgh in the USA. Her current research is primarily focused on the sterol biosynthesis inhibiting side effects of commonly used medications. She has coauthored over a 100 peer-reviewed publications.
